WHAT COMES WITH YOUR BOOTH
Each booth spot purchase comes with 3 exhibitor/vendor passes (1 lanyard per member). If you have more members attending, each additional lanyard is $10.
Other than that, you must provide your own table, tent, chairs, cords, etc. You must register early if you need a powered space. They are LIMITED. Keep in mind this is an outdoor event!
No refunds of exhibitor/vendor booth purchases will be given.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARRIVE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT
When you arrive on June 10th, go to the sign-in area. When you sign-in you will be given your lanyards and vendor space number that morning.
All spaces will be clearly marked with your name and vendor number. Please bring your paypal email receipt as verification of your spot. You will then be able to set up your merchandise.
You can arrive no earlier than 7am the morning of the event. Set up MUST to be completed no later than 8:30am. Parking will be across the street. You will be able to pull into the museum to unload your vehicle and then you can move it to the designated parking area.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Consumption of alcoholic beverages on the museum grounds is prohibited.
Gordonsville Paracon reserves the right to ask any exhibitor or vendor to leave the premises if any rules and regulations are violated.
Historic Gordonsville, Inc. prohibits the use of audio and/or video recording devices during workshops, lectures and presentations at the Gordonsville Paracon.
Any recorded material during the Gordonsville Paracon is for personal use only and cannot be used for profit. Commercial use of Gordonsville Paracon material is strictly prohibited.
*Historic Gordonsville, Inc. is a non-profit (501 3c) organization. Tickets are non-refundable. This is a fund-raising event and all proceeds from this event go to the renovation and restoration of the 1840’s depot on site.
